It seems time has come for some major change. Just today I have reached the point with my job where I have absolutely had enough. This weekend is going to be spend (prayerfully I hope) preparing my letter of resignation along with a list (which I will be forwarding to the appropriate authorities) of the grievances and violations that have brought me to this point. My manager is my brother in law so it gets somewhat complicated. I've been talking about this for the past 14 hours so I guess I'm done here now.
